Thai massage combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and stretching. It is a gentle yet vigorous massage that uses pressure points, passive stretching, and compression to improve flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being.

Thai massage is typically performed on a mat on the floor, with the client fully clothed. The practitioner uses their hands, elbows, and feet to apply pressure to the client's body, following the lines of energy (sen) that are believed to run through the body.

Thai massage is a relaxing and invigorating experience that can help to relieve pain, improve flexibility, and reduce stress.
