Reiki At THE SPACE:
THE SPACE, filled with plants and light is the perfect place to receive a Reiki treatment.
What to expect:
Online booking will be available.
You will receive a short intake form after booking your session to be filled out before you arrive.
Reiki sessions are done with you fully dressed and laying on a massage table. We will provide blankets for warmth and pillows to bolster your legs and head to help you be as comfortable.
Gentle music will be playing.
Your therapist will place their hands on or just over your body in a series of positions as you breathe deeply.
the session:
you may feel a variety of sensations, including warmth, tingling, or a sense of peace and relaxation.
The practitioner will not talk to you during the session unless you ask them to. This is to allow you to relax and focus on the energy flowing through your body.
You may feel sleepy or drowsy during the session.
You may feel emotions such as sadness, anger, or joy.
You may also feel nothing at all. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki.
After the session, you may feel relaxed, refreshed, or energized. You may also feel a sense of well-being or peace.
